Turned, Tapering Pilasters

A fine mahogany serpentine commode dressing table, of exceptional colour and patination, with shaped top with moulded edge, above a single serpentine drawer, sliding out on bearers to reveal green baized lining with fitted interior.  Below are three further drawers, either side of a graduated central cupboard with feather banding; flanked by projecting acanthus and flower decorated and turned tapering pilasters, raised on shaped bracket moulded feet, with egg and dart border and retaining their original brass axe handles and escutcheons.
